SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

If don’t specify and confirm an alternative delivery option, the goods will be dispatched by FedEx or US Postal Service

We shall endeavor to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email), normally within 2 working days or less if the goods are in stock, and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch the goods within that time, we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.

As soon as the goods are delivered to the address listed, you are responsible for them.

 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Whenever you have multiple items in your order, we try to include them in the same shipment. However, because we want to get your items to you as quickly as possible, some items may ship separately. If your order total included a shipping charge, you are charged once regardless of the origin of your shipment or number of packages shipped. Please note, all delivery times are estimates and BLKLAND HOMES CO and/or blklandhomes.com is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors. Any order may be delayed pending verification. In this event, BLKLAND HOMES CO will not be responsible for expedited freight charges.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

Due to occasional weather conditions and the increased volume of our carriers, delays may occur as we work as quickly and safely as possible. For online orders delivery time, processing time and shipping methods will be giving after secure checkout and delivery method processing.

 

Shipping terms: The legal title to any purchased product transfers to the buyer at point of shipment.




RETURNS

At BLKLAND HOMES CO, we pride ourselves in delivering the highest-quality products for our customers, but if you purchased an item from us or from one of our authorized sellers that doesn’t meet your expectations CALL US.

We will reach out to you for either a refund, replacement, or online store credit. 

We source the highest quality and value. When you purchase from our authorized sellers, we stand by the expected life of our items.

Please note that because we can’t control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, we cannot guarantee products purchased from an unauthorized seller. A BLKLAND HOMES CO guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

 

BLKLANDHOMES.COM RETURN

For faster service, please place your order for the replacement items online and return your unwanted product for a refund. We will accept returns for refunds to the original form of payment within 90 days from the purchase date. If for any reason we are unable to apply the refund to your original form of payment, we will issue the refund for the full purchase price in the form of an online credit to blklandhomes.com.

We will issue a refund only if your return:

  • Is in new condition
  • Has not been washed, worn or altered
  • Is returned within 90 days from the date of purchase
  • Is not a promotional item

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

ATTENTION: 

Return label is for one time use only. Do not photocopy or alter the size of the label. 

Please follow all props on blklandhomes.com returns (which may vary from slightly form instructions/ if you run into an error, please CALL US)

  1. Log in or find your order:
    1. Registered Customers, log into your account.
    2. Guests, find your order using the tracking link sent.
  2. On the Order Summary page, click ‘Return Items’. This option appears only for item(s) eligible for return.
  3. Select item(s) to return and the reason for return.
  4. Print and/or email the return label.
  5. Recommended: You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your return is submitted. Take your return with printed out confirmation to a FedEx store location. Keep your confirmation from FedEx, until we receive your items. Done. 
  6. Alternate: Place your item in a sturdy box and seal it with tape. Use the original packaging, if possible.
  7. Securely attach label to the largest side of the package. When you use the label provided, shipping charges are prepaid.
  8. Remove, completely cover or mark through the original shipping label.
  9. Ship your package by:
    1. Placing it in your mailbox or USPS collection box.
    2. Dropping it off at any US Post Office. To find the Post Office closest to you, call 1.800.ASK.USPS (1.800.275.8777) or go to http://www.usps.com and click on Locate a Post Office.
    3. Giving it to your USPS carrier.
    4. Requesting a pickup for the next day from your USPS carrier at http://www.usps.com/pickup.
    5. Dropping it off at a staffed FedEx Office, FedEx World Service Center or FedEx Authorized Ship Center location or including it with your regular scheduled FedEx Ground pickup.
  10. Keep a copy of the shipping label for your reference.
  11. Keep a copy of your Return Tracking Number for your records.
  12. Go to fedex.com to track the status of your shipment.

 

BLKLAND HOMES EVENT PURCHASE RETURNS

In order to obtain a refund in the same form of payment that the purchase was made, from BLKLAND HOMES CO at an event. The purchase must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date to blklandhomes.com. You must have a receipt number or gift receipt number from the event.  

For mail returns for merchandise originally purchased at an event location.

If you do not have your receipt, your transaction may be able to be verified if you present the credit or debit card used for the purchase. For approved returns without a receipt that have been verified, or when you return your item with a receipt number online after 90 days of the purchase date CALL US, we may or may not offer store credit in the form of an online store credit. Please note: After 90 days all sells are final. 

 

RETURNS OF BLKLAND HOMES PROMTIONAL PURCHASES AT EVENTS

BLKLAND HOMES CO workwear and other products can be returned to the authorized retailer where they were purchased, following the policies of that store/or seller. If your product return comes short of our online policy, we will be happy to work with you to, try to assist you by replacing the item. CALL US, we may or may not offer store credit in the form of an online store credit. Please note: After 90 days all sells are final. 

Your return should be:

  • In new condition
  • Unwashed, unworn and unaltered
  • Accompanied by its original receipt

 

GIFT RETURNS

No feeling a gift because of size, fit or another reason? CALL US to receive a Return Authorization Number. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will contact you to process the exchange with an item of equal or lesser value.
